Commissions are batched and paid monthly via Stripe Connect direct deposit. The minimum payout threshold is $25 — balances below that roll forward to next month.
What counts as a converted customer?
Any business that signs up for a paid VantaWeb subscription after you introduce them. You log the deal through your affiliate portal and we verify it. No automated attribution in Phase 1 — you claim the credit manually.
What happens if a customer cancels?
Commissions stop when the customer cancels. There is no clawback on commissions already paid. You keep everything earned up to the cancellation date.
How does tax reporting work?
Stripe Connect handles 1099-K reporting for affiliates who meet the federal reporting threshold. Affiliates below the threshold are responsible for their own tax reporting. Consult your tax advisor for guidance on your specific situation.
