What must be true before this page can return
- An approved product boundary states exactly which workflows and data categories are supported.
- The complete customer and sub-processor contract chain is verified for the proposed data flow.
- Encryption, access, audit, residency, retention, deletion, incident, and backup claims are mapped to current evidence.
- Every named integration is demonstrated end to end; a roadmap, manual handoff, or generic webhook is labeled as such.
- Marketing, JSON-LD, llms files, order forms, and sales materials use the same approved wording and effective date.
Do not use an industry label as a compliance shortcut
Applicability depends on the organization, service, data, relationship, jurisdiction, and actual workflow. Buyers should evaluate the proposed flow with qualified counsel and require written evidence from every vendor. A security feature, hosting region, DPA, or “HIPAA-conscious” phrase is not a substitute for an eligible product and an executed BAA.
